SUPPLYING ARTWORK

How to supply images, text and complete designs.

Q: How do I supply my own artwork?

A: Please supply artwork on a CD, floppy disk or memory stick, or alternatively via e-mail to design@counterprint.freeserve.co.uk. If you would like us to set up the artwork or create a design for you please ensure that you provide us with the text you would like included and all images to be used.

Don’t worry if you’re not great with computers – we are happy to set the text if you write down what you would like, and we can scan any images you require if you cannot supply them digitally.

If your business has corporate colours, please supply us with the Pantone reference if possible, so that we can ensure an accurate colour match.

Q: What kind of files should I use?

A: If possible, please supply all artwork in PDF format. If we are doing your artwork, please supply any text as a Word or PDF file, and images as JPEGs or TIF files. Please ensure that your file sizes do not exceed…
